Four months after its initial installation, the Community Representation Taskforce’s Blackboy Clock plaque is handed in to the Stroud District Council’s reception by a passerby. It is presumed that the plaque became dislodged due to its weight combined with the angle it was installed at, and the use of ineffective adhesive for this angle. An empty plaque stand was left on the street over the weekend before the council reinstated the plaque with additional fastenings for security.
