The Blackboy Clock breaks again. The Stroud Teachers’ Centre building is now a site of the Stroud School of Fine and Applied Arts, part of Stroud College of Further Education. Michael Maltin offers to repair it again free of charge, saying that it should either be ‘restored or put in a museum’, but claims that he doesn't have permission from the authorities to do so. ‘It needs attention and I know what’s wrong with it, but I’ve tried several times to get up there and can’t get in,’ Maltin says to Stroud News & Journal.
