Blackboy Clock is reinstalled after second restoration
The Blackboy Clock is restored by the building’s owners at a cost of £8,000. A quarter of this amount comes from Stroud Town Council. The town’s then mayor John Marjoram calls the clock one of the ‘little things that … make the town what it is’.
